The health and well-being of your pet, family, and our team members are our top priority.
We are limiting the amount of clients we have in the lobby.
Appointments are required. Please call us from the parking lot when you arrive for your appointment. When we are ready for you, we will come outside and bring you into a room. We are allowing up to 2 owners in the room during the examination. We are still offering curbside appointments.
Facial coverings are appreciated, but not required.
Pick Up and Drop Off
If you pet has a procedure or drop off exam scheduled with us, we will check you in over the phone and either have you bring your pet in or a staff member will come out for your pet. The technician will contact you following your pet’s procedure or appointment and establish a pick up time. Call us when you get here and we will prompt you to come in for your pets discharge instructions.
Medication and Food:
We ask that you request medication or food refills in advance via phone or email.
It is clinic policy to reschedule your appointment if you or anyone in your household has been sick with cold/flu like symptoms, is potentially positive for COVID, or is under quarantine orders from a doctor.
If you are sick and your pet has medications, please coordinate with a non-household member to have these picked up. You may call and pre-pay over the phone.
